Terms and Conditions – BatPro Me Betting Platform Pakistan

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear on batpro me or in any communication from us:

• "batpro me", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the website at batprome.com and all associated services provided under the BatPro Me brand.
• "Platform" means the batpro me website, mobile-optimised pages, and any applications or interfaces through which services are accessed.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on batpro me, through which you access all products and manage your PKR balance.
• "Player" or "User" or "you" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the batpro me platform in any capacity.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the exclusive currency of all transactions conducted on batpro me.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on any market offered by batpro me, including sports, cricket, PSL, Teen Patti, Poker or Crash Games.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-withdrawable promotional credit added to a Player's account by batpro me, subject to the wagering conditions described in Section 6.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process through which batpro me confirms a Player's identity, age and payment method ownership.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any feature of the batpro me platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on batpro me.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must close your account and refrain from using the platform. Continued use of batpro me after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. batpro me will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account on batpro me, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. batpro me strictly enforces the 18+ requirement and will request identity documents to verify age where there is any doubt. Accounts of players found to be underage will be closed and all funds returned to the payment source used.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust or automated system) acting in your personal capacity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of batpro me or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and valid mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing active or self-excluded account on batpro me. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

batpro me reserves the right to request identity documents (CNIC copy, utility bill, bank statement or payment method screenshot) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Access to withdrawals is restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4 Account Responsibilities

As a registered Player on batpro me, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any one-time PINs issued to your registered mobile number. batpro me will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone call.
• All activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify batpro me support immediately at support@batprome.com.
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address or payment method must be supported by appropriate documentation.
• Not allowing any third party to access, fund, or place bets through your account. Accounts showing signs of being operated by multiple individuals may be suspended pending investigation.

batpro me will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep login credentials secure, provided that batpro me's own systems were not compromised.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All monetary transactions on batpro me are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage.

Deposits: batpro me accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited instantly in most cases; IBFT transfers may take up to two hours on weekdays and up to four hours on weekends due to banking system processing times outside batpro me's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and up to 24 business hours for bank transfers. batpro me reserves the right to apply additional processing time during periods of high volume, system maintenance or when a withdrawal triggers compliance review.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• batpro me may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where a large volume of funds has accumulated in a short period.
• Funds deposited via a payment method that is subsequently disputed, reversed or found to be fraudulent will be deducted from the account balance, and the account may be suspended.
• Bonus Funds (see Section 6) cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the cash value released after meeting wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

batpro me offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All offers are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules stated here.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be turned over a specified number of times before the equivalent cash value can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page. Failure to meet this requirement within the stated validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds.
• Eligible Markets: Not all markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Bets placed on cricket and PSL markets typically contribute 100%. Teen Patti and Poker contribute rates specified per offer. Crash Games and some live casino products may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule is published on each offer's terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each registered Player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts being investigated for violation of these Terms.
• batpro me reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already partially met the wagering requirement, batpro me will use reasonable discretion to determine a fair outcome and may credit a proportional cash amount at our sole discretion.

7 Betting Rules & Market Settlement

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of all sports and cricket bets on batpro me:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once batpro me's system returns a confirmation reference number. Bets shown as pending or not confirmed due to connection failure are not valid and no liability attaches to batpro me for such bets.
• Odds Changes: Pre-match odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is processed. batpro me operates on a "best odds" principle where possible — if odds improve between view and acceptance, the better odds apply. If odds decrease materially, the system may prompt confirmation.
• Void Markets: A market is voided if the underlying event does not take place, is abandoned before a sufficient result can be determined, or is cancelled by the governing body. Voided bets are returned to the Player's PKR balance in full within 24 hours of the void decision.
• Live In-Play Bets: In-play bets on batpro me are accepted on a best-efforts basis. Temporary suspension of in-play markets during significant match events (wickets, power plays, DRS reviews) is normal and does not constitute a fault on batpro me's part. Bets placed during system lag that results in an incorrect price being accepted are subject to review and may be voided at batpro me's discretion.
• PSL Specific Rules: PSL match bets are settled on the official result declared by the PCB. Rain-affected matches where the DLS method is applied are settled on the DLS result. Matches reduced to fewer than five overs per side may be voided depending on the specific market.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single bet payout from a single event on batpro me is Rs 50,00,000 unless a higher limit is confirmed in writing for VIP accounts. Winnings exceeding this threshold will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

8 Card Games, Teen Patti, Poker & Crash Games

The following additional rules apply to all non-sports products on batpro me including Teen Patti, Poker, Baccarat, and Crash Games:

• All card game results on standard (non-live-dealer) tables are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is tested and audited by independent third parties on a quarterly basis. Results cannot be influenced by batpro me staff or any player.
• Live Dealer game results are determined by physical cards dealt by a human dealer in a real-time studio environment. Results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the video record confirms the dealt hand. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game session ending.
• Crash Game rounds are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The crash multiplier for each round is generated before the round begins and can be verified by players using the hash verification tool in the Game History section of their batpro me account.
• Disconnection during a live card game hand or crash round: The existing bet remains active. The result will be recorded as per the game outcome and credited or debited accordingly. batpro me is not liable for loss of potential winnings due to player-side connection failure.
• Collusion between players in Poker cash games or tournaments is strictly prohibited. batpro me employs detection algorithms to identify suspicious patterns and reserves the right to void hands, forfeit winnings and close accounts where collusion is identified.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on batpro me and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account per individual, including accounts using a different name, address or payment method to circumvent a previous ban or exclusion.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any software that interacts with the batpro me platform in a non-human manner.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or placing bets based on insider information obtained through corrupt means in relation to any sporting event or card game outcome.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to obtain winnings beyond what would have been reasonably achievable under normal platform operation. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Using the batpro me platform for any money laundering activity. All large or unusual transaction patterns are reported to relevant authorities as required under applicable regulations.
• Sharing, selling or transferring account access credentials to any third party, whether for payment or not.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or reproduce any part of the batpro me platform, its data, odds engine or proprietary algorithms.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on batpro me — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, odds data, game interfaces, video streams, software code and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of batpro me or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the batpro me platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or create derivative works from any batpro me content without prior written consent from batpro me.

11 Limitation of Liability

batpro me provides the platform and all services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batpro me shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunity arising from platform downtime, delayed bet acceptance or market suspension beyond our control.
• Errors in displayed odds that result from data feed failures from third-party providers, provided such errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss of any kind arising from your use of or inability to access the batpro me platform.
• Technical failures of third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or banking systems that delay or prevent deposit or withdrawal processing.

batpro me's total liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the calendar month in which the incident occurred.

12 Responsible Gaming

batpro me is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. We recognise that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously. The following tools and obligations apply to all batpro me accounts:

• Age Verification: batpro me employs both automated and manual age checks. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be frozen immediately pending verification. All winnings generated from an underage account will be voided.
• Deposit Limits: All players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or permanently via Account Settings or by contacting support. During exclusion, the account is frozen and no marketing communications are sent.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session duration alerts at custom intervals. A pop-up will display current session net result (wins minus losses) at the chosen interval.
• Support Referrals: batpro me will direct any Player who contacts us with concerns about problem gambling to appropriate resources. Further information is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

13 Account Closure

You may close your batpro me account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining PKR balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

batpro me reserves the right to close any account that:

• Violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Is found to belong to an ineligible user (underage, duplicate account, employee or affiliate).
• Has shown no login activity for a continuous period of 24 months. Before closure, batpro me will attempt to contact the registered email and mobile number. Any remaining balance will be held for a further 12 months before being surrendered, in line with applicable dormant account regulations.
• Is subject to a court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requiring closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

batpro me may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that affect your rights, obligations, payment processing or bonus eligibility — will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification a minimum of seven calendar days before taking effect.

Non-material updates (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing policies or formatting changes) may be published without prior notice and the date shown at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

If you disagree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of batpro me after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the amended Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. All disputes arising from your use of batpro me should first be directed to our customer support team at support@batprome.com. batpro me commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, batpro me will cooperate with any applicable independent dispute resolution service. For day-to-day queries, our support team is available 24 hours a day via live chat on the platform.
